Fleet Assist
Fleet Assist is designed exclusively for the Fleet Operator and offers very competitive fee structures for all your non fault or partial fault recoveries.
Fleet Assist is specifically aimed at:

• Fleets operating with large excesses
• Self-insured fleets
• Fleets covered for third party only risks
Fleet Assist comes with a dedicated Account Manager, provision of monthly Management Information Reports (see below), one point of contact, direct dial and e-mail facilities. We offer a fully managed Uninsured Loss Recovery service for all your non fault or partial fault accident claims with very competitive fee scales available. We currently act on behalf of operators of fleets ranging from two to many thousands of vehicles. Fleet Assist also offers assistance for failed claims that have perhaps been abandoned by your in-house team, prior or current ULR partners. This additional arm to our product has proven invaluable to many fleet operators in recovering monies that had previously been ‘written off’ unnecessarily and returns valuable funds to fleet operations.
Insurer Assist is our growing recovery product design on a bespoke basis for each of our insurer clients. Its purpose is to provide an accurate audit of own-damage recovery procedures and effectiveness, and to ultimately identify and take over aged or incorrectly closed outlay recovery cases.
We have acted on behalf of most high profile motor insurers and our success in the area of ‘no hope’ recoveries is second to none, having recovered many millions of pounds over the years for many of the top insurers.
We offer a fully motivated no win-no fee charging structure for this type of work. The fee is usually calculated based on volume projections and the age of the outlays. We can also operate a two tiered fee program.
